Sections (TD may make adjustment based on registration):
Open: USCF rating is above 1000 or unrated adult players or anyone who wants to play up
Under 1000: current USCF rating is under 1000 or unrated scholastic players

Spring 2022 OTB Tournament
The COVID-19 pandemic has made over-the-board tournaments hibernating for a very long time. Now with some restrictions, Chess In Action will try to bring back some OTB (Over-the-Board) tournaments. The first Spring 2022 OTB tournament was held in March.
